Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Personalized, custom-made, or sale items are generally non-refundable (unless defective).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at Support@kaelanisessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back to us (shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
